Business Lead - Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Drive business growth through new client acquisitions for services like SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, and more.
- Identify digital marketing needs of prospective clients and create tailored pitches and proposals.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and develop strategic partnerships to expand the agencys client base.
Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key digital clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
- Oversee project implementation with internal teams (SEO experts, social media managers, performance marketers, etc.) and monitor performance KPIs.
P&L and Revenue Management:
- Manage the digital marketing P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profit targets are met.
- Optimize project budgets, resource allocation, and campaign performance to improve profitability.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and development teams to ensure integrated digital solutions.
- Stay updated on digital trends, emerging platforms, and marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or account management.
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation within the digital marketing domain.
- Deep understanding of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
