- Plan, create, launch, and analyze marketing campaigns across various digital services.

- Telecom Services, RPA Services, AI/ML, and Augmented Staff Hiring.

- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Manage and lead various teams or individual contributors (ICs) such as content team, PPC, SEO, Email marketing, and more.

- Foster a collaborative environment and work hands-on with the team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Assemble, analyze, and aggregate data to create actionable insights to continuously improve marketing campaigns.

- Provide weekly updates and detailed reports to the COO and Co-founder on the performance and success of marketing campaigns.

- Oversee content creation, website management, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality and engaging content for various digital platforms.

- Generate leads from Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and work closely with the sales team to close deals.

- Analyze failures and successes to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.

- Possess extensive knowledge of all parts of a digital marketing campaign, including content creation, website management, email marketing, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn campaigns, and customer outreach.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Matellio remains competitive.

- Use analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.

- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
