Head - Quality (3-8 yrs)

- To co-ordinate the daily operation of personnel jointly with Head - Production and Head-Maintenance so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment

- To handle Quality Issues , Identifying Non conformities, analyzing the data, carrying out Root Cause analysis, CAPA

- Lead activities and output of Metallurgy Lab, Standard Room

- To perform Product and Process audit independently

- To handle customer Complaints-Tracking, Records and closure

- To evaluate method of inspection, use of instrument according to engineering drawing Q

- Layout Inspection, Updating documents like Control Plan, FME

- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

Special Requirements:

- Knowledge of internal Quality Audit Product and Process Audit, SQC, Quality Standards

- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, TS 16949, OHSAS. )

- Knowledge about systems (IMS, TS 16949:2009, M, 5S etc)

- Basic knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, OHSAS requirements
