Program Manager - IT (3-5 yrs)

- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Define and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

- Monitor program progress and performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

- Manage program budgets and control costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

- Facilitate program meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Program Manager, leading complex, multi-project programs.

- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e. , PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).
