About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the IT industry.
- You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Enterprise Application Development, Digital Marketing, and other software development solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert consultation on their business needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT industry (essential).
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot).
