Head - Quality Assurance (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.

- Establish and maintain robust quality management systems (QMS) and processes.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e. , ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CMMI).

- Lead and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing data analysis and root cause analysis techniques.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate quality into all aspects of the business.

- Develop and implement training programs on quality assurance best practices.

- Manage and maintain quality documentation and records.

- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Drive a culture of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the organization.

- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
