Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts Payable - CA/ICWA (3-5 yrs)

JD:

- Handling Payables functions like Validation of vendor bills and payments and leading the team leaders and team members and ensuring month-end provisions and accruals are made before monthly accounts closure.

- Complying with the provisions of the Income Tax Act

- Banking regulations

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.

- Manage and maintain vendor relationships, resolving any discrepancies or issues.

- Develop and implement AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

- Lead and mentor the AP team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Manage and optimize AP processes, identifying and implementing process improvements.

- Monitor and analyze AP metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes related to Accounts Payable.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment and invoice-related issues.

- Implement and maintain AP automation tools and systems.

- Manage and track vendor contracts and agreements.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of AP data to stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:

- CA/ICWA Qualified.

- Goods command over SAP.

- Age shall be between 30-45 years.

- Few years should have worked in large listed manufacturing Company
