Location - Kurla

CTC- 25-30 LPA

Experience : 8 to10 Years of experience in logistic company.

Hands on experience with logistics software systems preferred .

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Role Purpose :

- Inter Company Reconciliation

- Solving auditors queries

- Fund Management across the branches

- Monitoring Bank Recon

- Preparation of SOP - Process Documents of MIS

- Responsible for Annual Accounts Finalization at Pan India Level - Consolidation

Statutory Compliances:

- Continuous Ledger Scrutiny and Clearing the Balance Sheet items

- AR Review

- Clearing the On A/c payments / receipts

- Coordinating with IT for Logistics related issues

- Handling Payable and Receivables, Billing activities - evaluating

- Management of technical issues relating to Service Tax and TDS

- Checking of Job Profitability / Customer Profitability and getting it locked.

- And Various MIS reports to Management as and when required
