Risk Analyst (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess potential risks across various business areas, including financial, operational, and compliance risks.

- Develop and maintain risk models and frameworks to quantify and analyze risks.

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify risk trends and patterns.

- Prepare and present risk reports and dashboards to senior management.

- Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management controls.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

- Monitor and track risk indicators and provide early warnings of potential risks.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management initiatives.

- Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate the impact of potential risks.

- Develop and maintain risk documentation and procedures.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

- Support the development and implementation of risk management training programs.

- Participate in risk management projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
