Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage and maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Develop and implement recruitment metrics and KPIs to track and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage recruitment budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
