Role - To oversee the plant HR functions including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Engagement etc.
KRAs and Key Activities:
- Identify training and development needs TNI within an organization through job analysis, need identification and regular consultation with HOD.
- Preparation of Monthly/Annual Training Calendar considering the identified training needs.
- Produce training materials for in-house courses and devise individual learning plans.
- Conducting classroom as well as On the Job Training (OJT) modules for Skill Development of workforce.
- Developing Management Development Program (MDPs) for employees to ensure structured behavioral and attitudinal changes for creating learning and effective organization 6.
- Conducting Training Programs as per plans.
- Actively work for Talent Acquisitions & Management & other HR functions like PMS, Sustainability, Welfares etc.
- Candidate - MBA/ PG with 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing industries
