Job Description:
- QAAGILITY is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for top IT talent, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best professionals to meet our company's growth needs.
- You will work closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition.
- Conduct talent market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to source candidates.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
- Mentor and support junior members of the talent acquisition team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
