SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant - E2E Implementation (6-8 yrs)

Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Documents Consultant.

Work Experience : 6+Years.

Job Type : Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Documents.

- Provide advisory services related to Employee Documents.

- Manage and configure custom MDF objects, Business Rules, RBPs, and Integration Center.

- Integrate SuccessFactors with other systems like Docusign, AdobeSign, ExtWeb, etc.

- Handle change/release management and ensure compliance with GDPR & SARBOX.

- Apply knowledge of ITIL processes for incident/problem management.

- Support the operational and maintenance activities of IT applications/systems.

- Use Agile methodologies and project management principles for efficient service delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders for effective communication and management.

- Understand project management and resource planning in the context of HRIS systems.

- Utilize Accenture document composer and Adobe sign for document management.

Mandatory Skills :

- Experience/Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central.

- Proven track record in the implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Employee Central (minimum of 3 projects/implementations).

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in managing and configuring custom MDF objects, Business rules, RBPs, Integration Center.

- Knowledge of integration with other systems like Docusign, AdobeSign, ExtWeb, etc.

Optional Skills :

- Application Support (operation and maintenance of IT applications/systems).

- Knowledge of ITIL processes Incident/Problem Management.

- Understanding of Change & Release Management.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of GDPR & SARBOX compliance.

- Understanding of project management and resource planning in the context of HRIS systems.

- Knowledge of integration between SF and SAP Business Technology Platform.

- Experience in handling SaaS/Cloud systems and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
