Job description :
- Ensure excellence in system management as per internal and external requirements
- Liaise with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of BOTs
- Ensure BOTs are maintained at high level of compliance and ready for audits/inspections
Below listed are the roles and responsibilities, as System Manager for Intelligence automation BOTs :
- Prepare, provide and develop the services agreed in the SLA
- Manage the expectation of LoB, Customers and users concerning the use of the BOTs within the business area
- Trending of stability study
- Supporting a PS process
- Participate in system strategy management work in cooperation with IA CoE and LoB
- Responsible for performing the periodical reports for BOT's. (URR, CRR, ITPSE).
- Overall operation and maintenance of BOT.
- Participate in change assessment meetings on the BOTs in scope
- Participate in BOT-specific incident management for BOTs (Post first level of filtering by IA CoE Support)
- Strategic management of BOT and Performance of the BOT in support with IA CoE - Maintaining system description of BOTs in ServiceNow
In addition, for GxP critical systems the System Manager is responsible for :
- Maintain the validated state of the BOTs
- Represent system in connection with audits and inspections
- Approve validation documentation
- Ensuring that responsibilities and authorities for interfaces and transfer of data between systems are mutually agreed and documented
- Obtain the necessary authorisation from the system owner to approve specific validation documents.
- Contract services from platform owners as needed
- Maintain overview of and coordinate vendor day-to-day operation of the agreed services.
Relating to People :
- Planning and task management within the BOTs in scope
- Managing good working relation with the fellow associates for daily operational activity
Other areas of responsibility :
- The employee works independently without supervision from either reporting or the functional Line manager and only guidance will rarely be required from time to time.
- Also, the employee might mentor/coach employees in the same area of expertise or speciality.
- The employee often sets direction and delivers results with significant impact in a wide cross- functional and geographically diverse area
- Participate and contribute in the activities/forums related to Global IT, GBS as and when necessitated by the management
- Provide training to new resources
