Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at Skylark Drones in Bengaluru.

- The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

- Should have an Engineering/Economics Degree.

- Should have recruited atleast 8 smart people who have demonstrated growth in business/technology.

- Should have worked in Startup Environment.

- Should have high EQ

- Should have been a Team leader in School/College.

- Should have strong extra curricular achievements.

- Should have strong written and oral communication skills in atleast 3 languages.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
