Key Responsibilities:.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the e-commerce, digital marketing, and IT domains.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Stakeholder Collaboration:.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process and ensure timely closures of positions.
Candidate Experience:.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Employer Branding:.
- Promote E Vitamin Consulting as an employer of choice through branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, career fairs, and partnerships.
- Highlight the company's innovative culture, projects, and employee benefits.
Database Management & Reporting:.
- Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Key Requirements:.
- Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition with a focus on e-commerce, digital marketing, or IT recruitment.
Skills:.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital marketing landscape.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
