Role Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai.
- This is a critical role responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various levels and departments within the organization.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong relationships and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Finance, HR).
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels effectively, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online communities.
- Build and maintain an effective employer brand to attract top talent.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Campus Hiring:
- Develop and execute effective campus hiring strategies to attract and recruit top talent from universities and colleges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services departments.
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, such as job fairs and presentations.
Onboarding:
- Plan and execute a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure new hires have the necessary resources and support to successfully integrate into the company.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay abreast of current industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment within the logistics industry.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent across various levels and departments.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
