Hiring For Team Leader - MIS/Data Analyst

This position requires :

• Ability to independently to research and analyze process effectiveness, identify areas of opportunities to automate mundane and time-consuming activities
• Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex in complex data sets and present findings to internal/external customers in a concise and non-technical language
• Visualize decision support system components and deliver automated reporting & business insights
• Collaborate with the subject matter experts to translate client needs and requirements into business intelligence & data insights
• Automate reports to enhance the efficiency and quality of the data reported to key stakeholders
• Exceptional presentation and problem-solving skills with an acumen to identify business opportunities and risks
• Lead a team involved in Global MIS & Reporting for all client areas: Monitor ongoing Business Metrics / KPIs & SLAs by tracking & reporting

Qualification:

• 5-10 years of experience with a strong educational background
• Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to
• MS Excel
• MS Power BI
• Tableau
• SQL
• Data Analytics through Python Frameworks Pandas, Numpy, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of the FAO value chain & functions of CFO offerings
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment
• Strong analytical and cognitive ability along with presentation skills
• Proven ability to get involved, manage, and build working relationships with Senior Leadership Teams in the client organization
