React Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, responsive design, and development of complex web and Mobile applications using React.js.
• Application should be responsive to support any device.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries./
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
  Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall product roadmap.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Extensive experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with modern build tools and pipelines (e.g.,Webpack, Babel, npm).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and testing libraries like React Testing Library.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
