Opening For TL/SME For RCM (US Healthcare)

Role & responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in Physician RCM in US healthcare.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an TL/SME
• Must have managed Physician RCM AR follow up Team with a minimum size of 25
• Having experience in managing AR follow up (Physician )Teams.
• Required People/Process management skills.
• Thorough understanding RCM AR follow up function, good command on understanding KPIs of AR follow up function.
• Must be innovative/Flexible/progressive.
• 100% work from Office and work in Night shifts.
• Good with Reporting knowledge and able to prepare presentations

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
• Understanding & able to present different Dashboards.
• Must be innovative/Flexible/progressive.
• 100% work from Office and work in Night shifts (Flexible towards shift timings).
• Good with Reporting knowledge and able to prepare presentations.
