Roles and Responsibilities

• Daily work download & appropriate distribution of work within the team
• Takes care of client queries/emails & make sure those gets responded within stipulated time frame
• To make sure we are meeting client SLAs(Service level agreements) & TATs (turnaround time) for each of our client
• Preparing presentations on client reviews & sharing/discussing the same with upper management
• To make sure SOPs (standard operating procedure) are being followed & populated with latest updates
• Communicating with front office(clients office) to resolve issues if any & to ensure client satisfaction
• Client Reporting: Reporting of monthly numbers to client.
• Educating client or team on/about any updates in the process
• Must possess efficiency in preparing reports with accurate data
• Prepare trend analysis for each client
• Co-ordinate with audit control to keep a check on errors
• To ensure there is no violation to security regulations
• Must be knowledgeable enough to help the process
• Manage team performance
• Managing team attendance & leave planner
• Address team queries

Preferred candidate profile

• To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria: 
• Min 2 years of experience (on paper) experience as Team Leader
• Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts 
• Good communication and analytical skills
