Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of our RESCO solar projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of RESCO solar projects, ensuring timely and quality-driven project completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to the execution team.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in solar project execution, specifically RESCO projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar EPC project management and government regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred.

• Experience in large-scale solar installations.
