Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Production & Product Development department. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production processes, manage manpower and raw materials, and drive innovation in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Plan, oversee, and optimize end-to-end electronics manufacturing processes.

Ensure timely production while maintaining quality standards.

Manage raw material procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination.

Implement cost-effective production techniques to improve efficiency.

Supervise production teams and ensure smooth workflow.

Product Development:

Lead the design, testing, and launch of new electronic products.

Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and quality teams to improve product performance.

Analyze market trends and integrate innovative technologies.

Develop prototypes and oversee the transition from concept to mass production.

Manpower & Process Optimization:

Manage, train, and develop the production workforce.

Set performance benchmarks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Implement process automation and lean manufacturing practices.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement and implement Six Sigma/Kaizen methodologies.

Conduct audits and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics production and product development.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and supply chain management.

Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process automation.

Proven ability to lead teams and drive efficiency improvements.

Familiarity with PCB assembly, SMT, and embedded systems development is a plus.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
