Qualification Diploma/Btech
Experience – More than 5 years in solar project execution

Role & Responsibility: -

1. Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.

2. Team Coordination and Leadership:

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Assign roles and responsibilities to team members and contractors.

3. Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with regulatory authorities for permits and approvals.
• Address stakeholder concerns and provide status updates on project progress.

4. Procurement and Resource Management:

• Oversee procurement of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other materials.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to minimize costs and wastage.
• Coordinate logistics and timely delivery of equipment and materials to the site.

5. Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits on-site.
• Enforce safety measures and protocols to avoid accidents and ensure compliance.

6. Financial Oversight:

• Monitor project costs and manage financial reporting.
• Track budget utilization and address cost overruns promptly.
• Prepare and submit billing and invoicing documentation to clients.

7. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.
• Ensure contingency plans are in place for unforeseen circumstances.

8. Project Delivery and Handover:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of the solar system.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion meets quality standards.
• Oversee project handover to the client, including documentation and training.

9. Post-Installation Support:

• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure the solar plant operates efficiently.
• Address warranty claims and performance issues, if any.
• Provide technical support and insights for future improvements.
