Qualification – Diploma/Btech (EE/EEE)

Experience – Min 2 Years Experience as a project coordinator (preferable from solar background)

Salary – Open & Negotiable

Roles & Responsibility -

1. Project Planning and Scheduling

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for solar energy installations or systems.
• Work with project managers and stakeholders to allocate resources and set milestones.
• Coordinate schedules for project tasks, ensuring that they align with deadlines.

2. Coordination with Stakeholders

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure clear communication between all parties involved in the project.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the project's progress, issues, and milestones.

3. Site Assessment and Preparation

• Coordinate site assessments to evaluate the suitability for solar panel installation.
• Ensure that environmental and structural factors are considered for optimal system design.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to adapt plans based on site-specific requirements.

4. Procurement and Logistics

• Manage the procurement of materials, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other necessary equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery and correct quantities of equipment to the site.
• Coordinate the logistics of transporting equipment and ensuring safe storage on-site.

5. Team Supervision and Management

• Lead and manage the on-site installation teams to ensure tasks are completed according to the project plan.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work meets the required standards.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure that safety protocols are followed during installations.

6. Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensure that solar installations comply with industry standards, local regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Perform quality checks to make sure installations are up to code and operating efficiently.
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and inspections.

7. Budget and Cost Management

• Assist with budgeting and cost control, ensuring the project stays within budget.
• Monitor expenditures and identify any discrepancies or areas for cost-saving.
• Report financial status and provide budget updates to senior management or clients.

8. Risk Management and Problem Resolution

• Identify potential risks or obstacles during the project lifecycle, such as delays, supply chain issues, or technical difficulties.
• Proactively solve problems and work with the team to find solutions that avoid project delays.
• Address any issues related to permits, weather conditions, or unexpected challenges.

9. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain thorough documentation of all project phases, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and communications.
• Create and deliver regular project status reports, highlighting key metrics, risks, and issues.
• Ensure all regulatory compliance documentation is up to date.

10. Post-Installation Support

• Coordinate the final system inspection and testing to ensure everything is operating correctly.
• Oversee the handover process to clients and ensure they are trained in system usage and maintenance.
• Provide ongoing support for warranty claims or maintenance if necessary.
