Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage EPC & Solar projects in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion, budget control, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to drive successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of solar and EPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee site activities, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards for EPC and solar installations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders for approvals and project updates.
• Manage procurement and logistics for project materials and equipment.
• Supervise and mentor on-site teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and workforce management.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, cost analysis, and documentation to senior management.
• Ensure successful commissioning of projects and oversee maintenance handovers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management within the EPC/Solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, site execution, and project lifecycle management.
• Experience in handling large-scale projects, tendering, and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle on-site challenges.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in utility-scale or rooftop solar projects.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of state and central government policies related to solar/EPC projects.
