Job Summary:

Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced CAPEX Head to lead and manage all capital expenditure activities related to RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company) projects. The candidate will be responsible for budgeting, procurement, asset management, financial planning, and execution of CAPEX investments to ensure efficient project completion and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

CAPEX Planning & Management

• Oversee the end-to-end capital expenditure planning for all RESCO projects.
• Develop CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure optimal investment decisions.
• Monitor CAPEX utilization, track variances, and optimize costs while maintaining project efficiency.
• Ensure timely procurement and deployment of capital assets for RESCO projects.

Project Execution & Asset Management

• Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment for RESCO projects.
• Work closely with the finance, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth CAPEX execution.
• Assess the lifecycle of assets and plan for replacements/upgrades as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial policies regarding capital investments.

Financial & Risk Management

• Evaluate investment proposals for cost-effectiveness, ROI, and financial feasibility.
• Identify risks related to CAPEX investments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Optimize vendor negotiations and contracts for major capital investments.

Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

• Work closely with government agencies, investors, and regulatory bodies for CAPEX approvals.
• Ensure compliance with EPC, RESCO, and renewable energy regulations.
• Prepare and present CAPEX reports and recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-20 years of experience in CAPEX planning and execution, specifically in RESCO projects, EPC, or the renewable energy sector.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and investment analysis.
• Experience in managing large-scale capital projects from planning to execution.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
