Job Description:
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager
to join our team in Jharkhand, overseeing the key regions of Ranchi,Dhanbad,Jamsedpur and Darbhanga. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring that the company's sales goals and objectives are met within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned regions (Ranchi,Dhanbad,Jamsedpur).
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
- Conduct regular market visits and manage the distribution network effectively.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management review.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any issues related to sales or customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Solar sales field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Deep knowledge of the local market in Ranchi,Dhanbad,Jamsedpur.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and set achievable targets.
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
