Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management:
   
• Coordinate and manage the flow of solar products from the warehouse to customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Process and track sales orders, ensuring correct product specifications and delivery schedules.
2. Logistics Coordination:
   
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers to schedule deliveries and ensure timely shipment.
• Monitor shipment progress and troubleshoot any issues to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
3. Inventory Management:
   
• Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and maintain optimal product availability.
• Ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
4. Customer Support:
   
• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and deliveries.
• Resolve any logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
   
• Maintain and update logistics documentation, including shipping confirmations, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Track and report on logistics performance, including key metrics like on-time deliveries and inventory turnover.
6. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, warehouse, and customer service to align logistics activities with overall company goals.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
