Warehouse Executive

*Position Overview:*

We are looking for a *Warehouse Executive* to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently. Experience with Amazon and Flipkart fulfillment processes is an added advantage.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Inventory Management:*

- Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing stock in the warehouse.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy.

- Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

2. *Order Fulfillment:*

- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with courier partners for order pickups and returns.

- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for shipments.

3. *Data Reporting:*

- Maintain daily records of stock movement and order status.

- Assist in preparing basic reports such as stock reports and order summaries.

4. *Support for Amazon and Flipkart Fulfillment (Optional):*

- Assist in handling orders through Amazon and Flipkart portals.

- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines for inventory and dispatch.

5. *Warehouse Maintenance:*

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

- Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage.

*Qualifications:*

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain basic reports.

- Experience with Amazon and Flipkart fulfillment processes is a significant advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
