Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze business data using advanced Excel functions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Excel shortcut keys to generate reports and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and analyze reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and lookups.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and business analytics as required.
• Work with large data sets to perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation.
• Automate reports using Excel macros and shortcut keys to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with different departments to extract and process relevant data.
• Support management in decision-making by providing meaningful insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and shortcuts.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
