Telecaller (English-Speaking)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle international outbound calls to clients for business discussions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Provide information about company services, address queries, and resolve concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Assist in lead generation and business expansion initiatives.
Ensure professional and culturally appropriate communication with global clients.

Key Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Prior experience in international calling/customer service preferred.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
