Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Manage data using advanced Excel skills such as Index, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Indexing, and Macros.
  
• Utilize pivot tables to analyze complex data sets and create insightful reports.
  
• Develop management information systems (MIS) operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in MIS preparation or related field.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
  
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting principles and practices.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
