MIS Executive - Delhi NCR

Overall Purpose of the Role

To compile data received from different centres and put additional data in the software. Download reports for management reference and decisions.

Areas of Responsibility

• Timely collect data from different centres
• Upload data received from centres in the software
• Put additional data in the software
• Download reports from the software
• Prepare MIS reports as per the company's policy and timeline
• Perform quality checks for data correctness and execute with fine attention to detail
• Prepare daily/Weekly reports & share that with respective authorities.

Qualification & Experience Required

• graduation
• 4 to 6 years of experience
• Experience in data entry in software, MIS preparations and software management
• Worked On pivot table, dashboard, preparing

Skills Required

• Expertise in MS Excel formulas, Vlookup, Hlookup, Macros, Sum if, Countif, etc.
• Ability to understand the data, deal with data and extract meaning and desired information out of it.
• High attention to detail with the ability to keep track of the assigned tasks.
• Accuracy and target oriented
