Job Summary:

The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure at the EPC project site. The role involves planning and implementing maintenance schedules, addressing equipment breakdowns, and coordinating with the project team to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Role And Responsibilities:

1. Preventive Maintenance:
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become critical.
2. Corrective Maintenance:
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical or electrical faults.
• Coordinate with vendors or third-party service providers for specialized repairs.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacement, and maintenance costs.
• Prepare and submit periodic maintenance reports to management.
4. Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Ensure timely procurement of required parts to avoid project delays.
5. Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all equipment is operating safely.
6. Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the project manager, site engineers, and contractors to plan maintenance schedules that do not disrupt project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and training to site staff on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
7. Vendor and Contractor Management:
• Liaise with equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support.
• Evaluate and recommend contractors for outsourced maintenance tasks.
