Senior Manager - Capex & IDM Purchase

Timely processing of purchase requisitions in line with Sourcing council guidelines and defined strategies
Managing multiple category/ cross category requirements for all TML locations
Prepare should cost / cost estimates, build new costing template as required
Catalogue management, finalization of discount structure, preparation of ARC for standard items, directly from OEMs , participate group level initiatives for aggregation
Explore cost optimization opportunities e.g. scope optimization, alternative source suggestion, VA/VE etc.
Adherence of vendor evaluation rationalization process, managing stakeholder in process
Monitoring vendor payment retentions periodically, closure of open issues with stakeholder
Participate execute Productivity and Process Improvement projects within defined timelines
Adhere to TCOC guidelines and established audit processes
Participating in Plant level CSR/Team building exercise
Education/Experience:
B.E/ B.Tech, MBA (preferred)
5-7 years of experience
Knowledge of Manufacturing processes
SAP MM Module Exposure
Experience in Vendor Management
