Job Title: Site Engineer - Solar

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage the execution of rooftop & groundmounted solar projects.
• Ensure timely and quality installation of solar panels and associated systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation feasibility.
• Manage materials, resources, and manpower on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during installation.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in rooftop & groundmounted solar installation.
• Strong technical and project management skills.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
