Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities related to EPC and Solar projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of solar power plants, electrical & mechanical systems, and related infrastructure. This role involves team leadership, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety regulations to optimize project efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance department, ensuring smooth operations of all EPC and solar assets.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for solar plants, inverters, transformers, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of solar panels, inverters, batteries, transformers, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and structural issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Oversee O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities for solar projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to electrical and structural maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement for maintenance-related requirements.
• Supervise, train, and develop the maintenance team to enhance technical skills and efficiency.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance-related tasks and upgrades.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, breakdowns, and plant performance for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in EPC/Solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical components.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues in solar power plants.
• Familiarity with SCADA, remote monitoring systems, and solar plant performance analysis.
• Understanding of O&M best practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance-related software and ERP systems.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale solar farms, rooftop solar, or hybrid energy systems.
• Certification in Maintenance Management or Solar PV Systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of grid compliance and regulatory frameworks for solar projects.
