Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in operations and maintenance of rotating equipment, water treatment systems, pumps, etc.
• Knowledge of water quality assurance and project management.
• ERP/SAP experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of rides, attractions, and water management systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and maintains optimal uptime while meeting water quality standards.
• Implement and monitor water conservation and cost optimization methods.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for equipment maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute recruitment, training, and induction programs for the team.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules and operational procedures.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and reporting to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
