Please find below JD for your responsibilities:

1 To be responsible for all projects related to plant, equipments and utility operation; to

carry out

additional installation work, overall planning and control of installation, erection and

commisiong of equipments.

2 Overall planning and scheduling of project activities according to various capex,

annual shut

down job of technical and electrical equipments and installations.

3 Organizing day to day program for corrective activities of project, as per the bar chart

,work

orders, notes or verbal request.

Estimating the cost of the projects received through MOC to obtain sanctions from the

initiating

user departments, preparing program for distribution of work for additions, alteration and

major

repairs.

5 To carry out all project economically within budget.

6 Organizing third party repair and service contract jobs.

7 Planning and ordering the requirements of electrical spare parts and accessories.

8 Co-ordination without side parties for procuring equipments, spare parts and

accessories through

factory purchase.

9 Checking the availability of materials and spare parts in the engineering stores for

project and

procuring the additional requirements whenever necessary according to capex .

10 Inspection, Checking and controlling scrap before disposal.

11 Working in compliance with the rules & Regulation lay dawn under Various

responsibilities.

12. Person should be first class BE chemica (No diploma)

13. Knowledge of Safety and GMP documents is a must

14. Experience in selecting, purchasing , and installing pharma equipments 

15. Experience of setting up a new API plant, ETP and Solvent recovery plant is a must
