Please find below job responsibilities:

To manage and direct the development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products

To develop and implement development procedures and techniques.

Selecting, supervising, training and directing the work of Process Development staff.

To advise on the appropriate solutions to complex product design and development problems

To create and introduces new techniques that expedite or simplify the development process

To conduct the training and group discussion with subordinates regarding MSDS, operation and reaction related hazardous

To survey the literature for new product as well as process improvement

To review the day to day activities in Process Development Lab.

To review of summary reports of trials.

To review technology transfer documents received from Research and Development.

To study the existing processes and finding the improvement area in processes.

To prepare action plan for improvement in process

To coordinate quality personnel for failure investigation, wherever required.

To review and sign quality related documents, wherever applicable.

To conduct Internal and raw packing material vendor audit.

Officer PDI will take charge for all the above activities in absence.
