Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, enabling them to effectively lead the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Manage and maintain executive files and records
  • Assist in organizing and hosting meetings, events, and corporate functions
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO and executive team
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, and maintain a neat and organized workspace
  • Coordinate and oversee complex administrative projects and initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry news, organizational changes, and relevant market trends
  • Represent the CEO in a professional and approachable manner
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Professionalism and polished business demeanor
  • Experience in project management or event planning is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment and technology
