Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive / Facility Specialist to oversee and manage our facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling electro-mechanical systems, physical security teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all facility-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management: Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring all systems and processes are functioning efficiently.

Electro-Mechanical Systems: Manage and maintain all electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and prompt repairs. Ensure for AMC is provided for all the Electro-Mechanical Equipment s, Creating 52 week schedule and get it approved from Manager, Ensuring regular maintenance and prompt repairs are happening on all the EnM equipment s as per the Schedule

Physical Security: Lead and manage the physical security team to ensure the safety and security of the facility. Print ID Cards as per the request and issue along with access cards

Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to the electro-mechanical and physical security teams.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repair services.

Compliance: Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Invoicing: Verification and Processing of Electrical and Security Manpower Invoice

MS office: Should have good Knowledge in MS office and MIS reports

Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and security incidents.

Visitor / Event Management: Taking care of Adoc requirement of Lunch arrangements, Meeting room arrangement.
Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

8 to 10 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on electro-mechanical systems and physical security.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).

Proficiency in using facility management software.
