Very toxic environment, even after lots of escalation from team and managers no actions were taken against program manager. Bad project planning. Unprofessional behaviour. Favouritism within team. Unfair practices for appraisal.

I really like the flexibility in working hours.it allows me to to manage my work life balance effectively while staying productive 😁

One area where I feel there's room for improvement is the salary increment and vpi .they are often delayed and there have been times when I haven't received them as expected.
