Politics & pathetic work life balance. Hexaware BPS is in complete mess, specially Phonepe Process. It is run by stupid & unethical persons. Specially managers like Tamojoy & Manpreet does not have any clue in how to run business.

Hexaware doesn't provide home pickup and drop-off transportation facilities for employees. The employee who is working from home can't reimburse the internet expenses. You have to be careful about the project on which you are going to work, and you have to choose wisely whether they have similar accounts because, in our project, people came on the bench within a 3-month period after joining the company; they can't even complete their probation. I am also victim of that However, HR's and RMG's teams are very helpful, but management is not. The manager started excluding people from weekly calls too.
