Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team at [Company Name], a leading provider of hair transplant services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Qualification: Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in hair transplant services.
  • Customer Engagement: Answer inbound queries and provide detailed information about hair transplant procedures, pricing, and post-care.
  • Consultation Scheduling: Convert calls into booked consultations by effectively explaining the benefits of the services and addressing customer concerns.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on previous inquiries and consultations to ensure potential clients are aware of any promotions or new offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest hair transplant techniques, services, and technology to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Report Generation: Provide regular updates on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred, ideally in the healthcare or cosmetic industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
