Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in hair transplant services.
Customer Engagement: Answer inbound queries and provide detailed information about hair transplant procedures, pricing, and post-care.
Consultation Scheduling: Convert calls into booked consultations by effectively explaining the benefits of the services and addressing customer concerns.
Follow-Up: Follow up on previous inquiries and consultations to ensure potential clients are aware of any promotions or new offerings.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest hair transplant techniques, services, and technology to provide accurate information to customers.
Report Generation: Provide regular updates on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
