Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve response rates and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to enhance website rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns ensuring effective engagement and customer retention.
  • Build and manage the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Develop strategies for improving website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and campaigns.
  • Engage with customers, respond to inquiries and resolve complaints on digital channels.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing campaign results and recommendations for future strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e. g. , Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e. g. , Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
  • Ability to conduct competitor analysis and research.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
