Executive - Digital Marketing

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible forimplementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote products,services, or brands across various online platforms. This role requires astrong understanding of digital marketing strategies, proficiency in usingdigital tools and platforms, and the ability to analyze data to optimizecampaign performance.

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
   
2. Plan and create engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels, such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
   
3. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
   
4. Manage paid advertising campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other advertising networks.
   
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
   
6. Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or others.
   
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate digital marketing activities, such as graphic design, content creation, and web development.
   
8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies and tactics for achieving marketing goals.
   
9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
   
10. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all digital marketing activities, including managing customer data and email marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    Skills and Qualifications:
    

    Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    

12. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
    
13. Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
    
14. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
    
15. Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and website optimization.
    
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
    
17. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    
18. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing campaigns and solutions.
    
19. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    
20. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    

21. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic graphic designprinciples are a plus.
