Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and prioritize incoming communication (emails, phone calls, etc. ).
Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
Coordinate office logistics and events as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1+ years of experience in executive support or administrative roles.
