We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a keen eye for sourcing and hiring top talent for the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
Support candidates through the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the HR team.
Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/ATS.
A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
